3. User Accounts

10.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Caldunir concerning the service.
